Free Heated Power Flow

Join new Yoga Teacher graduate- Mia Rose Normand for a heated power flow.

Come prepared to explore your body and take on new challenges with invitations to experiment with rapid movement through sun salutations and various asanas such as arm balances, inversions, twists, backbends, hip openers and more. Power Flow will help create an opportunity to go inward and become present on a new level. The most important thing is a willingness to play and not take yourself too seriously. We’ll see you on the mat!
