Ayurveda Wellness Workshop

Join Lauren as she introduces you to Ayurveda and how to incorporate it into your wellness practice! In this beginner-friendly workshop, we will discuss the basics of this whole-body holistic system of medicine, including the three fundamental energies in the body, the Five Great Elements, signs of imbalance in the body, practices to add to your daily routine and practice. We'll seal the evening with an Empty Bowl meditation and Savasana.

Registration required in advance.

Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a pen and paper to take notes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to event start time to get checked in and settled.
