Summer Solstice Celebration: Nourish Your Inner Light with Movement & Sound

The Summer Solstice is a sacred turning point-a celebration of light, life, and inner radiance. As the sun reaches its peak, we're invited to pause, connect with the Earth, and remember the luminous energy that lives within.

Join Blue Sky Healing and TranscenDance™ with Carolyn as we honour and embrace transformation, trust in the cycle of life, and step forward into renewed energy and purpose.

Event is RAIN or SHINE. Weather permitting, we will gather in the beautiful and serene green space behind the NOTL Community Centre. IF inclement weather occurs, we will hold this event inside the Community Centre.

What to expect:

The event will include a mix of modalities that promote healing, release and renewal:

-Transformative conscious movement
-meditation
-breathwork
-visualization
-intention setting/journalling
-sound bathing
-time following to walk the labyrinth
