Fatima's Heart: Meditation, Art for Healing, and Cooking Demo

We have lots in store for this workshop! We will practice meditating, work on our art journals, and have a cooking demo!

Fatima's Heart participants will receive the following throughout their time with the program:
FREE at-home blood pressure monitor
FREE bag of groceries at every workshop
Activities to promote your wellbeing
Healthy refreshments at each workshop
Coaching to check your blood pressure
Health education
Fitness support and incentives

Preference will be given to Niagara County residents who are pregnant or who gave birth within one year of programming.
