PennDYNAMIC Care At Home is a company that provides GERIATRIC CHRONIC ILLNESS CARE at home so that older adults with chronic illnesses can STAY HOME (rather than move into a long them facility...if the choice is to stay home) and be cared for in a luxurious, dignified and life enhancing manner.
We specialize in post hospital, post rehab care especially for those who have lost their ability to walk or take care of themselves due to a medical incident or from spending too much time in a hospital bed.
Our clients are retired executives and the aging loved ones of busy high profile professionals who want to live life on their own terms no matter what their diagnosis and medical records say.
Some of our clients live inside of retirement communities and we take our services into their suites or condos.
We go where ever the clients need us to to go or where ever the client calls HOME.
Its a pretty cool system for providing elder care and we are very famous for what we do.
We are looking to grow our team because we are adding new clients and that is where you come in.
We are looking for 6 restorative therapy aides and 4 live enhancement caregivers who can work flexible shifts, short shifts, part time or full time.
CERTIFIED AS A NURSE'S AIDE OR HOME HEALTH AIDE BUT DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE YET? No problem because we offer in house and on the job training.

(Caregivers trained to help clients regain strength, mobility, and function under nurse/therapist guidance)
4 Life Enhancement Caregivers
(Caregivers trained in personal care, daily living support, and therapeutic recreation to elevate quality of life)

No problem. We offer on-the-job training and mentoring for certified aides.
