We always finish the evening with hot drinks, homemade treats and a chance to relax before you float away home 🧘♀️🎶
Venue: Stanton under Bardon village hall
Time - 7.00pm - 8.45pm.
Cost - £15.00 per person.
Please bring with you:
💫 Warm & comfy clothes
🌜 Yoga mat, pillow & blanket
🌚 Travel mug (if you would like a hot drink)
✨Socks/slippers (body temperature can drop)
🌟Eye mask (optional)
I do have yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
