The Autumn Equinox, this celestial event represents a balance, a moment when the energies of the light and the dark are in harmony, offering a unique time for reflection and introspection.
Join myself and Orlene as we team up to offer a special autumnal brunch event at the beautiful Studio in Merrylees, Desford.
Menu sample:
🫐Blackberry crumble bars

🎃 Cinnamon rolls
🍞 Peanut butter toasts with a selection of toppings
☕Teas, coffee & fresh juice
We start the morning with a dreamy sound bath immersing ourselves in the healing sounds of the instruments tuning into the energy of the autumn equinox. The sounds that you will hear during the session will allow you to enter a deeper meditative state, supporting you in quieting the outside world and connecting back within.
Finishing off the morning with a wholesome, autumn themed brunch to set you up for the rest of the day ahead…
