Join us in the Grace Hill Barrel Room for an unforgettable evening of fine wine, exceptional food, and warm hospitality. Each of the five courses is thoughtfully paired with your choice of sweet or dry Grace Hill wine, curated to complement every bite.

Menu Highlights:

🥖 Appetizer: Whipped Ricotta & Roasted Grapes on Grilled Sourdough – Creamy ricotta with warm balsamic-roasted grapes and fresh thyme.

🥭 First Course: Mango Gazpacho with Spiced Shrimp – A chilled golden mango soup with seasoned shrimp and chili oil drizzle.

🐟 Entrée One: Vignoles-Steamed Cod en Papillote – Steamed with Grace Hill Vignoles wine, fresh herbs, roasted tomatoes, and green beans in shallot vinaigrette.

🍑 Entrée Two: Balsamic Peach Pork Loin – Glazed with balsamic peaches, served with fingerling potatoes, and Dijon cream.

🍇 Dessert: Blackberry Pistachio Dream Bars – Buttery crust layered with bright berry topping and toasted pistachios.
