Senior Health & Fitness Fair

The Newton YMCA will be hosting the Senior Health and Fitness Fair on Wednesday, May from 8-10 a.m. This free event sponsored by Park Centre will feature breakfast, chair massages, raffle prizes, senior focused presentations and the opportunity to visit with local vendors. Presentations will include Cardio Drumming by Brittany from Park Centre, Palliative Care Overview by Aimee Spores from WesleyLife Hospice and a presentation by local physician Dr. Patrick Edwards.
