In this one-of-a-kind culinary experience, step into the shoes of a chef and master the art of making fresh fettuccine noodles and creamy Alfredo sauce from scratch—guided by our talented Wisconsin Café chefs, Andrew and Grace.

New to pasta making? No worries! This hands-on workshop is perfect for all skill levels—from kitchen rookies to pasta lovers.

You’ll follow step-by-step instructions to mix, knead, and cut your pasta to perfection. Then, bring it all together with a decadent homemade Alfredo sauce made with local Wisconsin dairy favorites—parmesan, milk, and butter.
