Music In the Mearns presents David Gray

Join us for a spectacular afternoon with internationally acclaimed pianist and organist David Gray. The programme features Liszt’s thrilling Totentanz, performed in David’s own arrangement for solo piano with his specially created symphonic soundscape - a virtuosic tour de force you won’t want to miss. True to our mission of supporting emerging talent, we also welcome two outstanding young pianists, Claudia Zvandasara and Christian O’Connor, giving audiences a glimpse of the next generation of classical stars.

David will also unleash the full power of the organ with monumental works that showcase his unique artistry. Appointed the youngest Professor of Piano at the world-famous Royal Academy of Music in London, David has toured the globe, performing on some of the world’s greatest instruments - including the largest organ in Atlantic City. Expect passion, thrilling music, and jaw-dropping musicianship.
