Flowers & Flow is an immersive afternoon experience blending movement, bouquet-making, sound healing & intuitive tarot among the blooms!

About this Event

Join us for an intentional afternoon of sacred movement, nature, and intuitive connection nestled among the blooms. We’ll begin with sacred movement in the flower fields—designed to reconnect you to your body and the land—followed by a pick-your-own bouquet experience where you’ll craft a floral arrangement as unique as your energy.

Once your hands and heart are full of flowers, we’ll slow down for tuning fork sound healing and intuitive tarot readings, inviting deep alignment and clarity.

Whether you’re seeking peace, beauty, or a moment to bloom inwardly and outwardly, this gathering is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself, in rhythm with the season.

Please bring the following items: yoga mat, preferred props (blanket, blocks, bolsters, all optional*), and beverage for hydration
