Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where we’ll explore the basics of sauerkraut and kombucha – two simple fermented foods that can do wonders for your gut (and your mood!).

Perfect for beginners or anyone who’s curious about fermentation but doesn’t know where to start.

You’ll learn:
- How to make your own tangy sauerkraut at home
- The secrets to brewing your own kombucha
- Why these foods are great for digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing
- How to look after your SCOBY and keep your ferments fizzing!

Expect a warm, welcoming space, some tasty samples, a bit of fermentation chat, and time to connect with others.

- A jar of homemade kraut
- Your own kombucha starter SCOBY
- The confidence to keep fermenting at home
