Beach Training Session

Teignmouth Beach!

Training on the sand and in the water challenges your balance, strength, and focus in ways that will turbocharge your development.

It’s fun, physically demanding, and a great way to build team spirit.

All belt levels welcome

No Doboks

Don’t forget water & sunscreen

Parents, family & friends are more than welcome to join in

Wear clothing suitable for the beach and water based activities

Parents are asked to supervise their own children

After the session we are planning to have a fish & chip supper.

See you outside the Lido, Teignmouth at 6pm.
