Please ensure your dobok is clean & ironed

White doboks for all green belts & above

Don't forget your belt

Remove or cover up all jewellery - No watches or pedometers etc

Blue stripes & above - don't forget your sparring gear.

No spectators allowed.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your start time

Green Belts 10:00am

Yellow Belts 10:30am
Yellow Stripes 10:45am
White Belts 11:00am
