Sound Bath: A Deep Journey into Rest & Renewal

Sound Experience using gong, singing bowls, vocals and other instruments to bring a state of relaxation whilst healing the mind and body. Beneficial for pain management, stress and anxiety. Not suitable for 1st trimester of pregnancy, epilepsy and pacemakers. Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket or reclining chair for your comfort. Investment of £10 per person, please contact to book.
