Let go of stress and tension as you’re bathed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments.Whether you're new to sound healing or a returning participant, this gentle, immersive experience will help you reconnect, unwind, and rejuvenate.What to Bring & How to Prepare:• Yoga mat• Blanket & pillow• Bottle of water• Optional: extra cushion for under your knees• Wear comfortable clothingSeated option available: If lying down isn't suitable, you're welcome to sit on the floor or request a chair.
