Shamanism and psychodrama are deeply compatible healing methods, as both tap into the healing power of symbolism, story, and embodied experience. Shamanism works with altered states, shamanic journeying, which brings a shift in awareness, allowing participants to travel inward, spirit connection, and ritual to access wisdom beyond the everyday mind, while psychodrama brings inner realities to life through role taking, enactment and concretisation.
Together, they invite profound transformation—awakening insight, releasing trauma, and restoring connection to self, others, and the unseen. Both practices honour the sacredness of the human journey, making the invisible visible and the unspoken speakable.
