The Litinery for the day is:
10am Breakfast, (There will be scones & Tea, Freshly prepared fruit, Granola & yougurts)
* Gentle yoga class
* Yoga Nidra / Meditation
* Nature Walk where we will be picking herbs to make herbal tea
*Lunch Healthy Veg soup & Sandwiches
* Kombucha workshop using our herbal tea (Bring a empty glass jar if you want a scoby to take home to continue to make it yourself) its great for Gut health
* We will end the day with a Relaxing Sound Bath, with heated Eye masks
