Spring Equinox Forest-bathing Immersion

Celebrate the miracle of spring on sacred
Slieve Gullion mountain. Forest Therapy Practitioner Ann, will support you to rest, reconnect and re-energise through the gifts of nature and meditation. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention. Your forest experience will include a tea ceremony.
