Full Moons are a time of culmination, celebration and release.
To assist us in this endeavour, we engage with the energies of rhythm and movement, supported by the healing medicine of cacao.

💃 Ecstatic dance to connect us with our Shakti energy and to bring us into a state of joy, release and transcendence, connecting us to our inner selves at a deeper level

🍵 Sacred cacao medicine to help us release stagnant emotions and ignite our creative energy as well as opening our heart and third eye chakras
