Join us on Thursday 26th June for our ‘Furt an Mor’ Seafood Masterclass. ⁠

As summer approaches, we’re ready to fire up the grill and dive into one of Chef @andrewdtuck’s favourite ways to cook seafood: over an open flame. The day starts at 10:30am with an introduction from Chef Andi and the team, followed by a hands-on cooking session. You’ll learn how to break down and grill the perfect lobster, ember roast shellfish and prepare and dry-age whole fish, all using sustainable, locally sourced produce from Cornwall’s fishing boats.⁠

At 12:45pm, we’ll sit down in our tipi to enjoy the feast, starting with snacks, followed by plenty of sides and finishing with a delicious dessert.⁠
