Risca Women's Circle

A gentle space to breathe, speak, and be heard. Includes guided meditation with healing tones, self-care tools, and heartfelt sharing—offering support, connection, and understanding among women.

Women’s circles give you a much-needed place you can share your stories and connect with others. They give us a chance to empower, uplift and help one another grow. Here is a chance for us to form meaningful healthy relationships which just make life that little bit easier. Together we are strong. This circle is a general sharing circle offering us a chance to connect and discuss whatever is going on in life right now. Basic psychoeducation skills and stress management are taught during circle, to give you tools to keep yourself well.
