Each session is designed to help you return to yourself to soften, to rebalance and rest .

Morning Group: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Only 1 space left!)
Afternoon Group: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
👥 Limited to 12 spaces only, divided into two intimate groups of 6 for personal attention and meaningful connection.
