Monthly SILC Mini-Workshop: 7th October

✨ Monthly SILC workshop ✨

Jess will be holding SILC workshops on the 1st Tuesday of every month. These are followed by your weekly Ceroc Newport classes with Jamie Eddy 🤩

Throughout these workshops, we will filter through a variety of movements, applying the SILC techniques to perfect the flow, connection, and style of the movements.

Ceroc classes following on from the SILC workshop do not need to be booked in advance and can be paid on the door.
