Mindful Evenings: sound, meditation and connection

We are thrilled to welcome Emma from Isle Of Wight Reiki back to the Independent Arts Creative Hub for an evening of sound, meditation and connection from 7-8pm on 11th September. A chance to unwind and restore balance.
