FREE TASTER - Barre None - dance classes for people in their 50s, 60s and beyond

ATTENTION DANCE ENTHUSIASTS in their 50s, 60s and beyond! FREE taster!

Did you dance when you were younger? Perhaps you did ballet or tap? Or maybe you've never danced and have always wanted to try? Alternatively you might be looking for an alternative to yoga or pilates. A class that gives you the chance to express yourself to music.

These DANCE OPPORTUNITIES are designed to stretch, stimulate, energise and are, above all fun.
Barre None classes are for men and women, with or without dance experience. They are rooted in contemporary dance technique and will help improve your balance, posture, flexibility, and strength whilst having fun. Barre None is a drop in class and ordinarily costs £8.
