Astrophotography Workshop

Join Newport resident Jeremy Likness, astrophotographer and owner of DSW Galleries, LLC, for a workshop designed to help you make the most of your camera after dark. Bring your own camera (phone cameras capable of nighttime photography are fine). The first hour of the workshop will be at the Recreation Center and will be instructional. For the second hour, we'll meet on a local dark area for hands-on time under the night skies. (You will want to be sure your camera, or phone, are fully charged.) A tripod and warm clothing are recommended along with a red light flashlight.

Under 18 needs a parent present as we are going after dark.
