Truffled egg yolk, Isle of Wight cheese ravioli, pickled oyster mushrooms, black garlic puree

Char-grilled mackerel fillet, sweet & sour island beetroot

Jerk goat Wellington, confit garlic goat croquette, coconut celeriac puree

Black treacle curd beef fillet, garlic & nettle puree

Almond, ginger & orange baked Alaska, wight whisky, toasted almonds

Black garlic truffles

7-course menu £70 per person
