Join us for this month's Trail Series meetup at the @nolandtrail on Sunday, July 20th!
We're starting early at 7am to avoid the summer heat.
The 5-mile course features a shaded path and light obstacles and will be great practice for the Noland Trail 50k Relay in November!
Meet us at the @marinersmuseum parking lot (100 Museum Drive) and let's make it happen!
All fitness levels are welcome, whether you are a walker or runner, come out and share the miles!
