Your pelvic floor is the base of your core, and its function affects your entire body. Many people suffer from inconvenient incontinence, pelvic pain, or hip discomfort—and without knowing how to fix it, they simply accept it.

In this workshop, you will:
Learn the three layers of the pelvic floor and how to both soften and strengthen them.
Begin with an anatomic overview and identification of the pelvic floor muscles.
Explore physical movements, alignment drills, and breathwork exercises to increase flexibility, strength, and coordination.
Discover tools to restore balance, improve function, and reclaim confidence in your body.
By the end of the session, you’ll have practical techniques to optimize your pelvic floor function—so you can take matters into your own hands and get your life back.
