Instructor lead group exercise workout; Group Ex Instructor Kim Reaves “aka” PHIT4U is the Hypest HIIT, Functional PHIT-ness Personal Trainer in the 757.

Come out and join us for fun-filled 60-minutes of functional fitness group exercise. Functional fitness is all about training your body for everyday activities, which include strength training, building your core, and cardio.

The class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance to navigate your daily task.

Class is designed for all fitness levels and will allow you to move at your own pace with modifications. Encourage your friends, family members, and co-workers to join you on your fitness journey!!!

If you’ve never taken a group fitness class, then you’ve likely never experienced the many benefits, including extra motivation and friendly competition. Attending group exercise classes is a great way to stay in shape, reduce your stress and meet new people.

Classes are held every Thursday from 6:00 pm – 7:00pm .
