First Friday Yoga Flow

This is a gentle 45 minute class which combines simple yoga poses, breathing and meditation. Bring a yoga mat if you have one; if not, we will provide extras. After the class, we will have an opportunity for food, drink and fellowship.
This will be an in-person event - hosted by Chrissy Alworth ( https://www.facebook.com/chrissy.blanchardalworth),
and held in the Parish Hall at St. Stephen's
