Join us at HanaHaus on Saturday, May 10, for a refreshing morning of Pilates with certified pilates instructor Flora LeMieux. This 45-minute session is designed to sculpt and tone your body while fostering mental clarity, helping you strike a perfect balance between productivity and wellness.

What to Expect:

• A rejuvenating Pilates flow in our air-conditioned Silicon Valley Garage space, with good vibes and ocean breeze flowing in from our outdoor deck

• Light refreshments and post-session networking

• Complimentary 1 hour of open seating workspace access for all attendees

This event blends HanaHaus' professional atmosphere with mindful movement to inspire both physical wellness and creative collaboration. Perfect for professionals looking to balance work and wellbeing.
