Sacred Woman: Invoking the Divine Feminine

Calling all sisters, daughters, mothers, friends... join us in this sacred space of sisterhood as we embark on a journey through the ancient teachings of kundalini yoga for woman. Calling forth the remembrance of what it means to be a woman at this time, to stand tall in our radiance, walk in our beauty, live in our grace and be the divine leaders of the Aquarian Age.

Through the power of kriya, pranayama, mantra, meditation, sound healing, and rest we can cultivate a space within ourselves to gently push through spiritual and emotional blockages, insecurity and self limiting beliefs as we initiate ourselves into the embodiment of the Adi Shakti... the Divine Mother energy that we all carry within ourselves. I'm so excited to see you there.

Suited for first timers, beginners and seasoned yogis.
Led by Ishtar– Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Practitioner.

Please bring:
- a yoga mat ($5 rental mats available)
- water bottle
- a meditation pillow (optional but recommended for sitting comfortably– studio blankets and bolsters can be used to substitute a meditation pillow)
- comfortable clothes to move, sit, and rest in

How to prepare:
-we recommend eating a meal before class to tide you over during the class. If you are unable to, feel free to bring a snack.
