Nature Therapy Series - Cultivate Creativity with Nature Art

Practice mindfulness in this therapeutic series being immersed in nature with like-minded people. Calm your nervous system as you engage in these activities led by therapist Summer Robinson.

Mindfulness helps us slow down, regulate our emotions, become more aware of sensations in our body, reduce stress, enhance our focus and concentration and adds to our coping skills.
Engaging with nature fosters a connection with nature, increases self esteem, reduces stress, improves mood and promotes mindfulness.
