Rest & Renew Sound Bath Experience

As the moon turns dark and a new cycle begins, we are invited to pause, release, and realign. The new moon is a sacred threshold; a time to clear what no longer serves, cleanse stagnant energy, and renew intentions for the path ahead.

This immersive sound bath, lovingly guided by a mother–daughter duo, invites you into a journey of release and renewal. You’ll be bathed in waves of sound from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, and other healing instruments; all interwoven with mantras, light language, and the deep resonance of three magnificent gongs. The gong bath component will anchor and expand the experience, opening space for profound clearing and rebirth.

Through vibration, rhythm, and sacred sound, you are held in a space where the old can dissolve, and the seeds of new beginnings can be planted. Come as you are, soften into stillness, and allow yourself to be cleansed, uplifted, and attuned to the energy of the new moon.

Immerse yourself in sound and allow:

• Tension, stress, and stagnant energy to gently release
• Calm and clarity to arise, nurturing body and mind
• Deep relaxation and restorative rest to unfold
• Emotional renewal and a sense of balance to settle
• Focus, presence, and a deep connection to your own rhythm

Come as comfortably as possible. Wear soft, cozy clothing and bring along a jumper or blanket to stay warm. You may also wish to bring a journal to capture any reflections afterwards, and most importantly, an open heart.
