Together, we’ll move through the four sacred phases of fire:
🔥 The Spark – IGNITION
We begin with a soul-nourishing Cacao Ceremony, opening our hearts and anchoring intention. Cacao, the ancient plant teacher, gently awakens our inner fire and aligns us with the spirit of transformation.
🔥 The Flame – ACTIVATION
Through Kundalini Yoga, we ignite our inner power and awaken the dormant energy within. Expect dynamic breath, movement, and mantra to stoke your sacred flame and elevate your frequency.
🔥 The Burn – RELEASE
In Shamanic Breathwork, we dive deep into the subconscious, releasing stories, emotions, and patterns that no longer serve. With each breath, we feed the fire of purification — shedding layers to reveal your authentic essence.
🔥 The Embers – INTEGRATION
We gather around the Fire-Burning Ritual, offering symbolic items or written intentions into the flames. Together, we witness each other’s transformation — celebrating the beauty of letting go.
We close in deep integration — with journaling, grounding practices, gentle connection, and nourishing herbal tea. This is a space to be seen, held, and celebrated in your process.
