🍂 As the leaves let go and the season turns inward, join us for the first in our Fall/Winter Soundbath Series. This immersive experience is designed to help you release stress, reset your energy, and align with the rhythm of the season.

During this 60-minute guided soundbath, you will:

• Be gently led into relaxation with breathwork and intention setting.
• Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments.
• Allow your mind and body to reset, releasing old patterns and inviting peace and clarity.
