Meditation outdoor can be a transformative experience. When we prepare ourselves we may feel discomfort. When we arrive it is sheer joy. We can always relate the meditative experience to our daily experiences and cultivate mindfulness.
As a continuation of our program in the library and on zoom for last over five years, we will continue to meet all seasons every Saturday to meditate in the beautiful setting of the Fairly Lake Park at 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Please see some details below:
Session Details:
📍 Location: Under the four-trunk tree at Fairy Lake Park visible from 3rd parking lot where the walkway meets the trail.
(If it rains, we will relocate to the Gazebo in front of second parking lot.)
