Soulful Sourdough Workshop

Sourdough Workshop with Jacqui from Sunquncha Temple

👥 Limited to 5–10 participants

Join us for a nourishing afternoon of connection, craft, and culture as Jacqui from Sunquncha Temple guides you through the art of sourdough making.

You’ll learn her tried-and-true method—one that has delighted many during retreats at Sunquncha—and be gently walked through each step of the process, up to the final bake (which you’ll complete at home). This hands-on experience includes plenty of space for questions and will leave you with:

✨ A 100-year-old sourdough starter
✨ A ready-to-bake loaf to take home
✨ A recipe and renewed confidence in your own kitchen magic

Please bring:
🥣 A bowl (big enough to fit on your head)
🥄 A mixing spoon
⚖️ Kitchen scales + flour sifter/sieve (if you have them)
🧺 An apron (optional)

All other materials will be lovingly provided.
