This July school holidays, step up and shoot your shot. Newcastle’s 2 & 3-Point Shootout with Shane Heal is going down Tuesday 8 July at Uni of Newcastle Stadium! 🏀

You can take on the 3-Point Shootout or, for U12s and U14s, try the new 2-Point Challenge. There are great prizes up for grabs including cash, food vouchers, gym passes and medals. Plus on the day, enjoy a live DJ, BBQ, raffles and a great community atmosphere, all while supporting the Ringside Youth Foundation.
COMPETITION FORMAT:
👉 U12 & U14 – 2-Point Challenge (Optional)
• 15 shots from 3 spots inside the arc (including free throws)
• 5 shots per spot, with a money ball at each
• 60 seconds to shoot
• Gear and rebounders supplied
👉 U12, U14 & U16 – 3-Point Shootout
• 3 racks (15 balls)
• 1 money ball per rack (worth 2 points)
• 60 seconds to shoot
• Rebounders and racks provided
👉 U18 & Over 18s – 3-Point Shootout
• 5 racks (25 balls)
• 1 money ball per rack
• 70 seconds to shoot
• Rebounders and racks provided
