Welcome to Find Your Flow. Join us June 28th 2025 for an exciting event which will raise funds for The Australian Endometriosis Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to advocating for and supporting individuals affected by endometriosis.
We understand how tough movement can be during a flare. That’s why we wanted to create a judgement free space where we can move without any pressure.
This event includes a 45-minute mat class with Grace Movement Studios. Your ticket will include 1x Raffle Ticket and we will finish with a little surprise task from Hunter and Georgia. As always this will be all about gaining a sense of community here in Newcastle and meeting others who are living with endometriosis.
Support people are more than welcome to attend but please ensure they have a ticket.
