who is this class for?

this class is for all girls and theys, regardless of skill level! we provide modifications for every movement, so you can choose the version that feels best for you. our space is completely judgment-free—our only goal is for you to show up for yourself and move your body in a way that feels good😊

what do i need to bring?

• bottle of water
• a mat
• comfy workout clothes
• a fresh fit for after if you wanna hit the town

all items will be kept with you, so please pack light where possible! ✨

what can i expect?

we’ll meet outside the building to check everyone in before heading to the studio: it’s a hidden gem and hard to find if you’ve never been before! class will start promptly, so please arrive with enough time to get settled. we can’t wait to move with you! 🦋
