join us for rooftop sunset flow—a sunday evening yoga class designed to help you slow down, stretch out, and soak up the last of the weekend light.

this is a soft, feel-good session with chilled music, golden skies, and gentle guidance to help you reset your body and mind before monday graces us. we are so lucky to stress about our upcoming week, what a life we lead to be worried about things. for now let's slow down, stretch out, be present and soak in the magic of being together on a damn rooftop. i literally love being a woman.

who is this class for?

this class is for all girls and theys, regardless of skill level! we provide modifications for every movement, so you can choose the version that feels best for you. our space is completely judgment-free—our only goal is for you to show up for yourself and move your body in a way that feels good😊

what do i need to bring?

• bottle of water
• a mat
• comfy workout clothes🤩
• a fresh fit for after if you wanna hit the town xo

all items will be kept with you, so please pack light where possible! ✨

what can i expect?

we’ll meet outside the building to check everyone in before heading to the studio: it’s a hidden gem and hard to find if you’ve never been before! class will start promptly, so please arrive with enough time to get settled. we can’t wait to move with you! 🦋
