Sunday Sanctuary at Whitmore Lakes

Just a reminder that we have our next Sunday Sanctuary coming up at Whitmore Lakes on Sunday 29th June 10am - 12.30pm

All the usual loveliness of a Women’s Circle - togetherness, movement, meditation, relaxation, card pulls, tea & cake, plus a wild swim!

We ll meet at Whitmore Hall and gather inside for our circle, before heading out to Heron Lake for a swim (if you fancy it - foot soaks inside if you don’t!)

If you haven’t been to the gem that is Whitmore Lakes before this is a great introduction to outdoor swimming...

Next one will be on 27th July too.
