Our Summer Mum & Daughter Retreats are coming up next month...There are a few spaces still available each day.
We have a lovely weekend planned - with lots of fun things to do, time. to move and relax, create and reflect, go out on the water and picnic together...and allow space for the most important things - time spent making memories and reconnecting.
These days don't come again....
I was explaining to one of the Mums who is coming, how the retreat days are in some ways a continuation from all my years teaching Pregnancy & Mums and Babies Yoga. That new bond, weeks & months old on the mat, was so powerful, and overwhelming at times wh. It is now seasoned and the flavours are forever changing...but still, we need space to feel below the mundane, to connect with something bigger, sacred. This is my intention for these days - to allow space for us to drop into the connection - all within the guises of fun and playfulness, of course!
