I'm pleased to let you know that the tickets are now live on the website for the amazing SOUND FUSION & THERMAL RESET!!

�After the success of the mixed group & mens group we have 1 per month live for booking.

� Unfortunately this is only the mixed group, after some complications at Whitmore we are limited to 1 session per month until further notice. So only fair we make it a mixed one!
I will try to get the mens session back and running asap ( because it was mega � energy!)

� For anyone that hasn't been before its a must for you mental, physical & emotional health!

An hours sound fusion followed by contrast therapy. Alternating cold swims in the beautiful lake and filling up on the joy of the wood fired sauna at the lakeside!
