Full Moon Meditation

Octobers full Moon’s is the most powerful of the year.
October is the month when the spiritual veil between worlds is at its thinnest.
The full moon’s affects us emotionally, physically and spiritually and accentuates how we are feeling at that time and sometimes this can be hard to deal with.
The full moon meditation connects with the power of the moon and harnesses it so we can use it to our advantage…this can be directed for physical or emotional healing or maybe making the most of the thin veil of October and enhance your spiritual experience in meditation!🧘
What you do with the energy is your free will and choice.

Bring a blanket, head covering and glass/bottle/jar of water ( water is best in a glass receptacle)
