Hosted by the wonderful Najaha, this hands-on class will guide you through the vibrant flavours of Kurdistan. 🌿

This time, we’ll be making khodra moshakalkah ma rouz mah falafel — a colourful rice-based Kurdish dish served with falafel. It’s fresh, healthy, totally delicious, and perfect for vegetarians, vegans, and anyone gluten-free. 🥘💛
